Endless Timing Belt Flex

EXTRUDED ENDLESS PU TIMING BELT FLEX IMPERIAL TOOTH

Manufactured in thermoplastic polyurethane with continuous spiral steel cords, this belt can be coated with polyamide green cover fabric that serve as protection, while also reducing the noise level.
The tension technology used to create this belt will deliver a high traction and breaking load, while maintaining flexibility and no elongation.

Our special polyurethane teeth is white color with hardness of 92ShA which would allow greater level of resistance to wear, even in presence of load and shock.

Demonstrated very low coefficient of friction and great flexibility; can support high linear speed.
Good resistance to oil (lubricants, engine oils, combustible oils), grease and moderate in acid and alkali.

​

Temperature range from -25 °C to +80 °C in standard; Belt can resist to Ozone.
Tooth profile as trapezoidal matching the DIN/ISO 5296.
This belt is suited for a multitude of machinery for linear motion and synchronous conveying systems.
