Self Lock Hose
• Application: For environment with propulsion joint and working pressure 300 psi. It is applicable for low pressure hydraulic pressure air systems, general industry, automation and maintenance.
• Structure : Nitrile Rubber
• Reinforcement: High Tensile Synthetic fiber
• Cover: Synthetic rubber, abrasion, oil, ozone, weather.
• Temperature range: -40°C to +100°C
• Resistance value: at 1000V DC voltage, the minimal resistance value is : 1010 Ω/m
Chemical Suction & Delivery Hose
• Application：Chemical hose is designed for delivery corrosive chemicals, such as strong acid, high aromatic hydrocarbon fluid, chloride or oxide fluid, aromatics hydrocarbons, and etc.
• Structure : Transparent UHMWPE or XLPE crosslinked polyethylene
• Reinforcement: high tension textile fabric and anti-static copper wire (helix wire for suction hose)
• Cover: blue（other color available upon request）, EPDM, wear resistance, ozone resistance, weather/ageing resistance
• Temperature range: -40°C to + 80°C
Oil Delivery Hose
• Application: Soft wall hose suitable for delivery petroleum products like fuel oil, gasoline, diesel with aromatic content up to 50%, also suitable for sea water, fresh water, mud, air, and other general purpose mineral oils.
• Structure: Black synthetic rubber, oil resistance, heat resistance, conductive tube rubber available upon application.
• Reinforcement: High tension textile cord or fabric, copper wire for anti-static available;
• Cover: Black fabric impression cover, synthetic rubber, oil - resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance, ageing resistance.
• Temperature range: -20°C~+80°C
Oil Delivery & Suction Hose
• Application: Hard wall hose suitable for petroleum products like fuel oil, gasoline, diesel with aromatic content up to 50%, also suitable for sea water, fresh water, mud, air, and other general purpose mineral oils. Hose can withstand vacuum pressure to -0.9bar.
• Structure: Black synthetic rubber, oil resistance, heat resistance;

Extruded Hot Water Hose (Light Duty)
• Application: Transfer industrial water or cooling water with temperature not higher than 120 °C (248 °F ), hose with light weight and good flexibility.

Steam Hose
• Application: Steel wire reinforced hose for saturated steam with Max. W.P.18 bar, unsaturated steam and steam up to maximum temperature 210℃

Bulk Material Handling Suction & Discharge Hose
• Application: Inhalation and discharge of high abrasion materials at negative pressure -0.9bar.
• Structure: Black synthetic rubber, thicker tube, wear-resistant.
• Reinforcement: High tensioner textile fabric with helix steel wire, anti-static wire available upon request.

• Inner tube standards meet standard ISO4649: Abrasion≤60mm3.
Hose with long service life due to outstanding wear-resistance tube, hose flexibility make it easy to handle, safety factory is 2.5 times, which make concrete pumping operation safe. Hose is with free twisting hose construction, withstand vacuum pressure while reverse flushing operation.
Concrete Pumping Hose
• Application: Delivery of cement paste, mortar and other highly abrasive materials. Used for concrete placement from end of concrete pump truck, grouting from pile driver.
