Industrial Rubber Sheets & Mats
We manufacture and supply a variety of different rubber sheets, NR rubber sheets, NBR rubber sheets, SBR rubber sheets, CR rubber sheets and EPDM rubber sheets that have a wide range of applications from sealing rings and gaskets to the food industy, mining operations, anti-static insulation etc.

We are able to produce our rubber sheets in various forms: cut to length, whole sheets, strips, skirting… We are able to produce thicknesses between 0,8mm to 100mm.
SBR Sheets
Our SBR rubber sheeting is made from SBR: a synthetic rubber that offers moderate tensile strength and is commonly used in general purpose applications such as gaskets, scraper, seals and sleeves. It can be one layer of SBR rubber or multi-layered, with clth inserts to increase its strength and tear resistance.
It has a normal opertionnal temperature that ranges from: -30°C to +70°C

NBR Sheets
Our NBR rubber sheeting is made from NBR: a synthetic rubber used in a very wide variety of applications due to its resistance to most petroleum based fluids, oils and greases. The nitriile in NBR offers moderate mechanical properties and has fair resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, but cannot be used alongside ketones.
It has a normal opertionnal temperature that is the range: -20°C to +70°C

EPDM Sheets
EPDM is one of the most resistant rubbers against weather and ageing (ozone, UV, water, ageging). For this reason, it is often used in outside applications. It offers watertightness and good abrasion resistance. EPDM is able to withstand contact with difficult chemicals such as ketones, alkalines and dilute acids.
It has a good operational temperature range of: -40°C to +120°C

Neoprene CR Rubber Sheets
Neoprene CR is a synthetic rubber that offers excellent weather and protection against ozone and ageing. It is commonly used for gaskets and linings for outside applications. It provides suitable resistance to animal and animals oils as well as inorganic salts, but it is not recommended to use in contact with aromatic hydrocarbons and ketones.

Rubber Skirtings
Our rubber skirtings are made from SBR. We can offer a very wide selection of gauges and widths. This is a common option for anything that has to do with conveying and spillage prevention.
It is specifically designed to be used as sealing strips on conveying systems, loading and unloading systems as well as discharge points.
It has an operational temperature range of: -20°C to +80°C

Anti-Static Rubber Sheets
Our AS rubber sheets are made up of two layers: a top green/grey/blue static dissipation surface, laminated with a rubber, black, conductive bottom layer. The AS layer has a thickness of 0,3mm.

Insulation Rubber Sheets
Insulation rubber sheets are designed to offer safety to any technicians working in shops where electrical hazards are common. They are divided in classes that correspond to voltage ratings. The main differentiating factors between the classes are the Thickness Voltage Grade, Proof Voltage & Break Down Voltage.

FDA Rubber Sheets
Our FDA compliant (approved) rubber sheets are specially engineered to be used in food product applcications. Made with specially certified materials to handle and package foods properly, following guidelines set by the US Food & Drug Administration. We are able to produce FDA approved rubber sheets made from NBR, NR, EPDM, CR.

Sponge Rubber Sheets
The closed cell type of sponge rubber is an advantage for applications that require high pressure operations where high compression set is needed. We can offer both SBR and EPDM sponge rubber. They each come with the benefits of normal SBR or EPDM.
